Now that was a horrid session, 2hrs of sweat , wet t-shirt, wet hair and generally feeling nasty lol. So was double trouble as train strike tomorrow Back n Shoulders plus Glutes n Arms! Im a wreck lol.... but looking good lol. Now eating and drinking water (i think i can, uk now officially in a drought 🙃) joyious what else can bloody happen 🤣 Phoenix 😈🐾🇬🇧
