Press machine Warm up 12x30 1x12x50lbs 2x12x50 3x12x50 Pec Fly Warm 20x30lbs 1x15x40 2x15x40 3x15x40 Straight bar push down Warm up 25x30lb 1x25x40 2x25x50 2x15x50 Push ups 25 (1/2 way through ended up getting on them knees..lol) Diamond push ups 9 (then I kissed the ground!) Abs Sit ups with weight lift 1x20x10lbs 2x20x10 3x20x10 Side bends (per side) 1x15x20lbs 2x15x20 3x15x20 Cardio was a no go! Short and simple but I feel it was still a good workout.
