4:30 am legs & abs: stretching, 60 crunches, 5x12 leg ext 18,5kg + 5x20 bb squats 2kg, 4x12's front bb squat 8kg + lying leg curls 18,5kg, 3x15 lunges 7kg + 3x12 lying leg curls 18,5kg, 4x20 standing calf raises 8kg, 3x 1 min plank + 2x20 knee/hip raises on par bar + 30 seated leg tucks + 100 stick twists + 3x10x10x10 ball squeezes, stretching. Warm here, sweat = happiness. Happy Tuesday Fitfam 😀👍
