Been a while since last check-in here. Still working hard on getting my dream body! Gains are good, have change my training frequency, slowing down the reps. Warm up set of twenty, four sets of 15. Then four drop set each to failure. These can really feel the burn, which I never really felt until slowing ever rep down! Making progress, which all that matters. 😉

Clean bulk completed. 3 ish pounds in three weeks with some surprising strength gains. Will come back down for 3 weeks, fan of these mini bulks and cuts.
