CONFESSION: I got some gloves and a good mask, and went back to my gym that is illegally open. Late night, empty; I disinfectected EVERYTHING that I had touched.

So busy, but trying to get in some running. I cant wait til swimming weather. Check out my daughter’s new song on Soundcloud. She’s still in high school but loves writing music and wants to produce someday. For now, she has Garage Band :)

Leg Day didn't quite start off like I wanted. I tried to sneak in a legs day ... Even a partial one ... Before an appointment. Didn't work. I only got four sets of deadlifts done ... And that was it. HOWEVER ... I think that I figured out how to use my Versa Grips ... ➡️And on my last pull, did a beautiful set is 8 x 235! (A PR for me!) My legs and back are strong ... My wrists are not. I also got gifted a stunning pair of Mark Bell knee wraps from my iron brother @bobbyfitness56 ... What a difference! (Thank you, brother Bobby!) ➡️Then tonight, I finished the workout with my home set. I opened the workout with 100 bodyweight squats. With my hex bar, I put ALL of my metal to use (notice the kettlebells on each end of the bar!) Little did I realize ... I had pulled 225 x 20 (I thought it was much less.) I also did some front squats (very light, as I have to hoist the bar from the floor ... I don't have a rack ... Yet.); Walking weighted lunges, weighted hip thrusters and 100 calf raises. It was a very good workout! ➡️I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
