Week 4, Day 4 Legs/HIIT 3 rounds, 15 sec rest in between 60 sec soccer run 45 sec triple bear 30 sec sumo to calf raise 15 sec alternating lunges Burn out- 2 rounds x 30 sec, no rest All moves Core 3 rounds x 30 sec each prayer crunch plank w/leg lift I almost did a different workout, but this one was a tough 30 min, and it's done now.
