Monday after noon here in the house of pain. Slow start out of the du grin today. Work conference early. Anyway, the dust didn’t even have time to settle just got stuck in and blew the joint up!! My workouts are getting longer again than I planned and Im not always good about following through PPL splits. Anyhow, lets see if my noggin gets this right. Back to 5-day, but S/M strength day, W/Th Hypertrophy, F Medium Isolation. I started today heavy, high set low rep, another one tomorrow. Hopefully I make it to Friday!
