Happy Friday. I got off of work early to work on my pool. Then went ahead and knocked out my shoulder workout. 20 hrs into my weekly 24 hour fast and feeling great. Now for my cardio and abs. Have a great weekend. This is the first weekend in 2 months that we havent had a baseball tourney so i will be busy catching up in the yard.
