Got my new plan together. I now have every other Friday off from work, but I work one weekend a month. I'll arrange my schedule as follows: strength on my 4-day work weeks, hypertrophy on my 5-day work weeks, then during the stretch where I work 2 weeks in a row I'll do endurance on the 2nd week, like a light deload, because I'm always tired that week.
