Been up and laying here since 6:45... So I think I will be going up and hit everything; 1-exercise per body part & 3-sets each Yep finish off with high inclined intervals on the treadmill... Got a plan, now I just need to get my booty up and moving lol... Later💋

Friday: Chest, shoulders, tri's, abs. Chest press: 5 sets @ 80, 90, 100, 110, 110. Attempted 120 on set 5 but failed -- sets 1-4 sapped too much energy. Reps @ 15, 12, 10, 8, 8. Incline DB presses: 5 x 15 @ 40's. FB cable flyes: 3 x 20 @ 15 L/R. DB raises for shoulders: 2 x 21 -- 7/7/7 -- @ 15's: front, side, rear. Arm-extension machine: 3 x 15 @ 65. Vertical knee-ups: 3 x 20. 2 rest days. Leg session Monday.

Thursday: Back, traps, bi's. WG pull-down machine: 3 sets @ 100, 110, 120 -- reps @ 15, 12, 10. Row machine: 3 sets @ 120, 110, 100 -- reps @ 10, 12, 15. DB pullovers: 3 x 10 @ 65. BW hyperextensions: 1 x 30. Smith Machine shrugs: 3 x 10 @ 185. Arm-curl machine: 3 x 25 @ 75.
