Tuesday, 05-11-2021. FITNESS STARTS IN YOUR HEAD. 5-25 Cardio Day on the YMCA water resistance Row Machine. It’s such a wonderful way to get some total body Pull work in. Helps improve alignment too! Pulled as fast as I could each Sprint pace Rep! Squeezed on flex, with the triceps and the scapulas for upper back strength development!
