Good evening fit fam. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. Fab five. Standard workout. Did: 5 sets of hack squats, 5 sets of straight line leg press, 5 sets of leg extensions, 5 sets of seated calf raises and 5 sets of lying hammie curls. Took the hack squats up to 260 lbs X 10, 510 X 10 on the straight line leg press and 170 X 10 on the leg extensions. Very happy with this week so far! One more freestyle Friday to go. Tomorrow night I'm going to see a nationally acclaimed Tom Petty cover band with a friend. Fingers crossed the weather cooperates. Won't be coming home or checking in. Hit mi Legs hard this morning (ham-glute focused)... Did a 20min HIIT Cardio on mid-high incline an hour ago... Oh my gosh I was out of control lol Caffeine+ Die Atwood😝 Krazy!!! Well I'm done... Tomorrow's my hun's birthday so I got it all in today... So see ya when I see ya... Later💋

I love it when my specific muscles get really warm post workout! I worked my tri’s and shoulders today and they were on fire! I noticed my biceps were not! our bodies are so amazing!! Happy Thursday fitfam!

10 min warm up, 30 min lower body strength, 10 min stretch. Slept poorly last night and really dreaded this workout today. I did it, but, wish I felt more rested. Approx. 226 cals burned. Have a good evening everyone!
