Another busy work day ... And I finished building my Power Tower! However ... I didn't really use it today, except for my 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from PTSD and depression on it. I did some meal prep ... GrillingTri-tip, enjoying the beautiful Central California evening and a glass of wine. And blooms. My grapefruit tree is filled flowers and my first rose of the season. Always stop to smell them. And a very empty, but always busy, country road. Don't forget to WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!

Late post from Tuesday. Worked on chest, shoulders, and tri’s. Starting to see some of the benefits of working out at home.....There’s no need to drive anywhere, shoes and socks are optional, blasting your own music and dance parties in between sets. Just gotta stay motivated 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
