Well I'm sad to announce that they did not remve my kidney stone yesterday. My ureter tube was too smallfrom swelling so they had to put a pediatric stent in and i have to go back in for surgery to have it removed. So here i go again, living in stent uncomfortable hell. It'll be ok, just sore and sad.

9-25-2021 Good Morning Iron Brothers N Sisters, the cool temps remind us that October is on its way. Time to take stock and be ready to battle the weights. I got a hard part, and fade hair cut, as well as a workout at our fitness center yesterday. Pray that you alol are enjoying your FIT journey.
