2/10/2020 :: The downside to being on a powerlifting regimen is the daily journal entries tend to be very repetitious. I mean, like, yep, here we are at Bench Press day again. And that's really all I have to say about it. Once I get around to new Personal Bests it should get more interesting.

2/9/2020 :: Oops! I did the first two sets of 12 Push-Ups just before bed. And then got distracted. I will count it as today's exercise, but it's a stretch. There should have been a third set to officially qualify.
