So to help me reaxh my goal i going to start fasting for 72 hours a week. Im eating probably only 300 calories a day now and well so far so good only been three days with eating so little but im cuting corners to get my goal weight. Im just going to be so sad from losing my gainz i have made with my arms. But all and all i will be back down to highschool weight and fit into my vintage clothes and the new school calls it. I have some great workout gear too my old army stuff as well looking forward to it all. Im only eating chicken and potato thats it. No avocado not bbq sauce no ketchup....and smoking is still a habit i cant kick it im just going to rock and roll with it tho.....but my abbs should look wonderful lol i do 300 sit ups a day going to try and press for 500 a day that would make me happy. Have a great rest of the week fitfam. Tomorrow friyay!!!
