Happy saturday everyone! Training is going well for me this week - diet has gone a little off piste but my atrngtj is coming back quickly :-) alreasy back up to 95kg deadlift, 57.5kg bench and 85kg squat. Before lockdown my maxes were 110kg, 65kg and 95kg so another 4 weeks or so and l shpuld be back. This ywars goal is a 60kg bench, 100 squat and a 120 deadlift - big goals !!

Good morning everyone Wow I haven’t been on here in a very long time. And since this whole Covid thing started I haven’t worked out either. All the gyms here in Michigan are still closed, well at least most of them are, including mine. I tried working out at home for about a month( while laid off) but it’s just not that same. So I haven’t stepped into a gym since the end of March and it shows. My weight has dropped and I’ve lost all of my muscle mass 😞. So there is a gym that is actually open and I think I’m going to join. It’s time for me to get back at it. How is everyone out there doing?
