Afternoon fitfam nearly didn't train today another night with rubbish sleep my cough is beyond annoying now! Went quite light for me but high reps... Felt good. Legs are grouchy big time!! Finishing work then food...more 🐔 Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾

Hello fit fam! Ten days now I work full body sessions, two days work one day rest. I started today a squat everyday program. Low weights though ... Still on rehab. As for the diet, it is bulking season for me so I consume a lot of calories (good calories). It feels good to be back.
