Hi guys, had a terrific workout today,really didn't expect it.I started with cables and my elbow started to feel jenky again so I did just moderate weight,later I picked up steam on the other things,even brought out the 100s for shrugs,haven't done that in awhile.How I get outta bed tomorrow may be another story...

Happy FlexFriday!!! The thought for the day is that you will go through a lot of things in life ALWAYS look to the future with anticipation and excitement for the things ahead. I had that thought this morning as I was reflecting. The workout today was an hour on the glider with 7 pull-up assist bands for resistance and a full body lift. I also received information that I will be receiving one of the most distinguished awards given to leaders in our community.
