Hi guys, 4 am legs and abs done- 2765 kg: 5x12 leg ext 10kg + 5x20 bb squats 3,5kg, 4x12's front bb squats 5kg + lying leg curl 10kg, 3x15 lunges 7kg + 3x12 lying leg curl 10kg, 3x20 standing calf raise 7kg + 3x15 lying side leg raises, 3x1 min plank, 2x20 knee/hip raise on parallel bar, 50 crunches, 30 seated leg tucks, 100 stick twist, 3x10x10x10 ball squeezes, stretching. Happy Tuesday! 😊🤸‍♂️

Had a great hamstring and glute sesh today. Dropped the weight baxk with a focus on excellent form and the mind musclr connection. A really fantastic workout. Hope everyone hot theirs today. Side note....i put together a rogue moster lite folding rack over the weekend for a friend.. super solid. Very good piece of equipment. And it’ll handle weight!
