It's been a while since I stepped in the gym. I have a young son and a grandson due in January so I can't keep making excuses. I want to be the example not the norm, so here I am. Already got my program ready and time to step back into the house of gains instead of the bleachers of excuses. I know it's going to take me a long time to get back to where I once was but that's my long term goal. Short term at the moment is to just show up and get my workouts in. Only person stopping me is me.
