Sunday, 4 PM - 5:30: pec dec superset pushups, flat bench bb presses, incline db flyes, standing cable high pulley crossovers, seated low pulley maximum weight chest/lat pulls, standing cable high pulley bar pushdowns, lying db hold one hex DB both ends strict and slow skull crushers, ez bar curls, alternating standing db curls, ending calf stretches standing on 5 inch wood block stretching heel to floor.
