Happy StrongSaturday!!! The thought for the day is that in order to love who we’re becoming we have to embrace the life experiences of the past. The workout today was 80 minutes on the elliptical and burned a 1,047 calories followed by a full body body weight workout with pushups, pull-ups, tricep dips, banded wall squats, banded squats and banded split leg squats.

Nice lil leg session, concentrated on slow reps on everything...😳... quiet gym again which is fab... new leggings are comfy and keep me warm in this Arctic freeze lol. (BefitAmazing) on da train home , food then a film. Minxy 😈🐾🇬🇧
