haven't ate all day, cardio was crap time wise but I hit my speed goal for the time I completed 20mph on the bike for 30 min. I got some good chest work in. My lats and traps feel physically shredded, not in a good way from last weeks shoulder and back day. Made today uncomfortable and not my full potential. Ohwhaaaale 🤷‍♂️
