what do you do to stay in shape after your college sports?

when college and college sports are over, i have the feeling that a lot of sports will stop. Is it really like that ? or do many continue with other sports such as powerlifting, flag football, softball?

Bloated stomach

No progress in 1.5

Post Is it okay to continue lifting this way?

I've been lifting light weights (5 pounds) to lose fat for 25 reps in 2 sets but my muscles does not ache like the way it does before so does that mean I should add more reps to my sets or just stay to 25 since I'm just aiming to cut some weight?

Poll Poll: prioritizing reps or weight for hypertrophy

Bodybuilding added taxes for international orders.

It doesn’t seems any logic that Bodybuilding.com added taxes for international orders. Its a double taxation. One to Bodybuilding and one to import country as a VAT. Does anyone knows why they did this?
