no I had Jilebi , Ladoo and even pastries but whenever I eat it I become conscious and I workout for extra half an hour in the next or after few hours If I ate anything fattening . This was a reminder for me to limit the intake of fattening food.

Can anybody share their fat-to-fit journey?

Changes made in lifestyle. I had sleeping problem , I used to watch youtube till 1 or 2am and I stopped that habit , I kept my phone away after 11.00 pm and I made it a point to get minimum 7 hours sleep, it should be 8 hours ideally .
