Smile Does anyone else do the max stax at gyms?

I think it would be a good thing to add if you are trying to be strong. Ya gotta do your lifts with as much weight as possible as many reps as possible ever other day with protein, creatine, and calories after.

What brand and type of weight lifting belt do you us?

Think I am almost ready to start lifting with a belt, I really only want one belt. I was about to get an inzer 10mm belt, but they sold out, not sure if I should wait till they restock it or find something else. Thank you for any advice.

Herniated disk, don't know what to do

Back in July 2019, I suffered a lower back injury that turned out to be herniated disk between my L5 and S1 vertebrae.
