Lightbulb 4x4 @85% 1RM or 6x4 @75% 1RM? [Which is better for strength?]

I was wondering for awhile now on which type of sets and reps I should go with for acquiring the most amount of strength? ...4x4 @85% 1RM or 6x4 @75% 1RM? I would be doing this ideally for my bench, squat, deadlift and shoulder press, and end with an AMRAP of @60% 1RM... I kinda liked the 6x4 more...

Accessories for sumo deadlift
