REP Fitness Rackable Curl Bar

Just got my rackable curl bar in hard chrome finish. It is a very, very comfortable curl bar with nice angles. Knurling is perfect. Finish looks more like stainless than chrome. Will be using this for curls, pull overs, and some tricep work.

My insoles are coming out during squats
