How bad is it to undereat a few days while cutting?

My cut has been going great, I've lost 17lbs over 3 months. Last week I had some personal issues and had no appetite for 3 days, now again today I have almost no appetite. I had only 1200 calories today. Am I supposed to force feed myself or is it okay to have lower calorie days?

How Much of a Variable is Bloating/Water Retention After a While?

The actual adipose tissue reducing in volume is, of course, a function of net caloric deficit over time, but I am curious about how much of a volatile swing factor swelling and water retention is, past the initial phase when this usually accounts for the first several pounds lost on a cut. I...
