17yr, 181cm, 65kg And with "junk food", I mean cheeseburgers. I dont eat any fried food or drink soda. Just buy like 2-3 small cheeseburgers from burger king after lifting weights so I can easily get my calories in there to try and step over the 3000 calories line. Daily I eat around 7 eggs...

Are Cholesterol and blood sugar connected?

Is there a relationship between high cholesterol and high blood sugar? As in does one influence the other? Do they go hand in hand? Or do people tend to have both when they are simply fat or perhaps genetically predisposed? Or are they totally unrelated and don’t have any effect on one another?

Both bulks lasted about 4 months and resulted in 10-11lb of weight gained, which was pretty much what I was shooting for. Both times I would estimate about half of the...
