What's your typical breakfast?

is INSULIN SENSITIVITY a prerequsite for hypertrophy?

if you want to build some serious muscle mass (natty) is it much more preferable to have good insulin sensitivity? is it better to have low insulin levels or high insulin levels? is it best to get 'skinny' and shredded first before you start upping ur calories to build muscle mass??
