Is Chili’s good for bulking?

I’m working at a Chili’s and get free food. I’m trying to lift heavy every day and put on muscle mass. I’m usually eating their greasy chicken quesadillas or wings. Seems easy to get a lot of calories in at once here. Chili’s g2g?

Preparing meals for an entire week on Sunday?

What recipes do you guys use? Due to my schedule, I can't really cook every night and I think I'm going to take this approach, preferably for about 2 meals per day. I know chicken can be cooked and frozen, but what do you all do for side dishes? Or any recipes in general would be helpful.

People that rent from me work long hours outside or in a hot confined environment in a refinery. I always find empty jars of pickles in their houses after they move out. I guess they drink the juice for the electrolytes.
