Unhappy Losing strength on OHP and Incline Bench

I've been on my current program for about 4 months now and have been making steady progress with almost every single workout. I like a little variety so I have two different workouts where I do chest/back/delts/hams and two where I do quads/traps/arms. So I'll alternate between them, usually with...

Question Limiting sets to accommodate fore soreness

I’m getting back to the gym after time off from COVID impacting gyms. I’m 38, and after some workout research I’m trying a push, pull, legs split, so each muscle group gets hit twice a week. My reps are in the 6-10 range and I’m doing 6 sets of each exercise. Total time per workout is about 40-45...

Cardio: Is walking sufficient?

Hey guys, Quick question..I lift weights 5 days a week and eat clean. My question is in re: to cardio. If I walk 30 minutes in the AM (walk to work), and 30 minutes in the PM (after work back home) 5 x per week, will this be enough in the cardio department? I've always heard it's best to do...
