Want to cut, but

17, 5'9, 85kg. A lot more bodyfat than I'd like. I used to be skinnyfat, but decided I'd rather gain the muscle before losing the fat and that's what I did. I really want to cut and lose this fat, but because all the gyms are closed I'm worried I'll do the cut wrong and end up losing all the muscle...

So I'm looking for dumbbell exercises I could do to train my upper chest. I do not have a bench, so that's been an issue for me. Been doing floor/ bed press, but upper chest needs work. Gyms are closed, so just trying for my gains to survive. Any ideas?

Biceps are really thin at the top?

So with my arm outsretched(bicep relaxed) the top of my bicep, where it connects to the shouler, feels really thin. I'm talking like 2-3cm wide. Infact, if I rotate my arm 90degrees infront of a mirror and tense, I can see my tricep behind this thin bit. Is this normal, or are my arms weird
