Unhappy Help..cant lose weight

Weaker than other days

Why do I feel less weaker some days than others? Like when I grip the bar I cant physically grip it tightly enough to get the same reps out I usually do (This happens from the beginning not during when my arms are tired) I get the same amount of energy from food & 8-10hrs sleep.
