Horny Goat Weed is NOT junk. In fact the active ingredient in it, icariin is a scientifically proven PDE-5 inhibitor like viagra, cialis, etc.
But it really doesn't make any sense to buy it in HGW form. You might as well buy a pure icariin supplement. In either form it's just as effective as the prescription PDE-5 inhibitors if you take the right dose. But honestly, it's so easy to get all the prescription drugs over the internet what's the point. Tadalafil pills (cialis) in particular can be dirt cheap and just as effective as the name brand.
